Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you order a project from AbarImar, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It covers abarimar.com and the project tracking pages.

What we collect

Order details: your name, email address and phone number.
Project details: the name to be written on the plaque, a dedication if you write one, and any notes you send us.
Payment details: the method, the amount and the currency. We never see or store your card details — those are entered on the payment provider’s own page.
If you pay by bank transfer: the receipt image you upload.
Your IP address when a card payment is started, because the payment provider requires it for fraud screening.
Correspondence: the emails we send you and their delivery status.

Why we collect it

To perform the contract you entered into: creating the order, taking payment, executing the project and handing it over.
To tell you how execution is progressing, by email and — if you gave us a number — on WhatsApp.
To issue your contract and your completion certificate in your name.
To meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf, and only as far as running the service requires:

The card payment provider (iyzico) — to take and verify the payment.
The storage provider (Cloudflare R2) — to hold receipts and project photographs and video.
The email provider (Resend) — to send execution notifications.
The messaging provider (Meta / WhatsApp Business) — to send notifications if you gave us a number.
The hosting and database providers that run the site.
Public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside your country of residence, and your data may be stored on servers outside Türkiye.

Our field teams and photographs

Our teams in the execution countries document every stage with photographs, video and the site’s coordinates. Those images are of the site and the work, and we take care not to publish anything on them that identifies you. The name on the plaque, by its nature, does appear on site and on the completion certificate.

The tracking link

A project tracking link is a public address carrying a signed token: anyone holding the link can open the page without signing in. That is exactly why the page never shows your email, your phone number or your name — only the project, its progress and its photographs. The link is valid for a year, and sharing it is your choice.

How long we keep it

We keep order and project data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period accounting and legal rules require. Transfer receipts are kept for as long as a payment can be disputed, because a receipt is the only evidence that your money arrived.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. We use only what the site needs to work, such as remembering the language you chose.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it as far as our legal obligations allow. Write to info@abarimar.com with your order number and we will reply within one working day.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will tell customers with a project under way by email.
